1. Data Controller Oguzhan Cart, providing services under the Askarf brand ("Askarf"), is the data controller for the services offered via askarf.com. Contact: info@askarf.com. 2. Personal Data Processed Parent: name and surname, email, payment information (stored with our PCI-DSS compliant payment infrastructure provider; card details are never held on Askarf servers). Student: name, grade level, session transcripts, learning progress. 3. Voice Recordings Voice data captured during a spoken lesson is processed instantaneously for the sole purpose of speech-to-text (STT) conversion and is permanently deleted once the conversion is complete. Raw audio is not stored on any server. 4. Purposes of Processing Delivering the service, personalizing the learning experience (student memory), keeping parents informed, and security auditing. 5. Transfer Personal data is not processed for advertising purposes and is not sold to third parties. Our AI processing infrastructure (Pollinations) receives only anonymized session content. 6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK (Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data and to object to its processing. From the parent panel you can download all of your data or request its permanent deletion.
